Refund policy
To be eligible for a return
- Items may not be returned more than 7 days after their original delivery.
- Items must be unused.
- Items must be complete and packed in their original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Goods may be returned to us if they are faulty on arrival or if the following conditions are met:
- Items may not be returned more than 7 days after their original delivery by EquipCo.
- Items must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice upon which EquipCo supplied the goods.
- Items must be unused.
- Items must be complete and packed in their original packaging.
- All original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging,
- All costs associated with the transport of stock back to EquipCo are for the customer’s account.
- EquipCo reserves the right to impose a handling fee or refuse to give a credit on cancellations of orders and goods returned that do not comply with this policy.
It is important to note that buyouts, personalised or other customised items may not be returned for a refund unless considered faulty at time of delivery. EquipCo shall at its sole discretion make judgement upon whether the item was faulty or of inferior quality.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- EquipCo will exchange a damaged item provided the damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- All damaged items must be returned to EquipCo within 7 days
What does our credit and returns policy cover?
Goods purchased from EquipCo may under certain circumstances, be returned and credited against the customer’s account.
These circumstances include:
- Goods and equipment which are clearly damaged or defective or fails to work immediately after delivery or within a period of 7 days of delivery
- EquipCo will exchange a damaged item provided the damage is reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery
- All damaged items must be returned to the EquipCo immediately.
- EquipCo will exchange a defective item or alternatively credit your payment of the item provided it is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.
- EquipCo will exchange a damaged item provided that the item was not damaged by a third party courier.
- EquipCo will exchange or credit an item that was erroneously delivered to you with the correct item or will credit your payment provided the conditions contained in point above are met.
