FAQ's

We offers 2 convenient methods of delivery:

Courier- We deliver directly to your home or office from one of our warehouses or suppliers.  All delivery and tracking details are emailed to you after order completion or you may contact us for a delivery quote before completing your order.

Collect- You can choose to collect (ONLY DURBAN)

Delivery prices differ based on area and weight, and will be communicated with you once order had been placed via email.

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return a product for credit, please note that the following terms and conditions will apply:

• You will be responsible for the cost of collecting or delivering the product.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will credit your account with the purchase price within 30 days (or provide a refund if you prefer).
• A 2.5% administration fee will be applied to the total cost of the item, unless it is due to a supplier defect.
• If you wish to cancel an order that you’ve already placed, please let us know within 24 hours. However, please be aware that a 2.5% administration fee will be applied to the total cost of the item.
